Darba Property Managements, LLC is a well-established property management company offering outstanding rental homes with superior landlord service in the greater St. Louis area. We provide reliable property maintenance by using only highly reputable maintenance sub-contractors.

We do allow up to 2 pets in certain properties with a non-refundable pet deposit, pet screening and pet rent. However, in certain properties, we do NOT allow pets. Exotic and/or poisonous animals are not permitted. If you own a dog, you must show proof of Renter’s Insurance with general liability coverage and list Darba Property Managements, LLC as additional insured. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Vicious Dogs or dogs with vicious history are not permitted.

No, we require a minimum standard 12-month lease.

Rental payments are accepted; online through a secure tenant portal, at a convenient rent money cash payment location, or dropped off in our safe and secure drop box.
